Brush Ranch is located in rugged, scenic western Wisconsin, on the rim of the Upper Mississippi River Valley with over 2,000 acres of hardwood forest and rolling hills.

Brush's game management team to carefully breeds, raises and observes a magnificent herd of Whitetail Deer. This herd has gained a reputation for Trophy Bucks that are rarely taken anywhere else in North America. The area is often described as God's Country!




Whitetail Deer Hunting: The perimeter of the ranch is controlled by a high game fence which helps us better manage our Whitetail herd. There are no tame or hand fed Deer on our ranch, they are as wild as any other free ranging Deer. Our season runs from the September 1 to the end of January. Hunts are 3 days. Any type of weapon may be used to harvest the trophy of choice. The skinning and preparation of skins and antlers are included.

Taxidermy Services: The ranch is also the home of Whitetail Wonderland Taxidermy, known for its museum-quality taxidermy. Troy Hanson has taken taxidermy to a higher level through study and the cumulative experience of mounting an almost endless list of Mammals, Fish and Birds, including all of the Trophies and specimens found in the Brush Trophy Room Museum. As the name suggests, these taxidermists specialize in the combined technical skills and artistry needed to create Whitetail mounts.



Hunting Lodge: It features all of the amenities, including six comfortable bedrooms, newly decorated in the year 2000. Bed choices range from queen size to side-by-side twins. Each room has it's own contemporary bathroom and shower stuffed with fluffy towels of individual colors for each guests. The living area has comfortable sofas, a glass fronted wood stove, a phone, computer with Internet access and television. A stunning view of the surrounding Coulees. We take pride in paying attention to detail and customer service.
