P Bar J Outiftters offers the best guided hunting in Ohio. Our clients enjoy hunting fair chase hunts for Trophy Whitetail Deer and Turkey.

Hunts are fully guided and are conducted on our privately owned and managed ranch.

This land is comprised of rolling hills, hardwood forest, pine thickets and bottom land that support alfalfa and strategic food plots.





Deer Hunting: We have some of the finest Deer hunting in Southern Ohio. Our rolling hills, hardwood forests, pine thickets, food plots, and mineral stations offer some of the most exciting deer hunting available. Hunters are permitted to harvest one Buck of their choice. We practice not harvesting the smaller Bucks in order to allow them the opportunity to develop into our larger Trophy Bucks.


Guide Services include: Transportation to / from stands. Help tracking Deer as necessary. Help with field dress of your deer upon request.

We are located within 20 miles of the City for any goods and necessities that you may need.


Turkey Hunting: We have Youth Turkey Hunts and Adult Turkey Hunts. We have large flocks of Turkeys that openly roam the ranch among the other wildlife. On any given day you can see several Toms and Hens scratching and mingling with the Buffalo and Elk. For Turkey hunts, we offer many great hunting spots with ground blinds.

Youth Hunting: Youth Gun hunting season is available for hunters 17 years of age or younger. This is a great time for the young hunter and the parent to bond and share an experience that will last a lifetime. Offered with the youth hunt that isnt offered with other hunts is that the youth can harvest either a Buck or Doe. We offer a trained guide for NO additional charge. A hunting license is not required for the person that is accompanying the young hunter.


Preparation for Youth Hunt: The youth hunt consists of one extra day prior to the hunt to sight in the youth's gun and to prepare for the big hunt. During the extra day there will be guides to show you around the ranch and introduce you to the different types of animals that we raise, such as Buffalo, Elk and other wildlife that live on the property.

Accommodations: All hunts include lodging and meals. Hunts start prior to the sun rising. There will be a homecooked breakfast, including coffee, juice, milk, eggs and bacon. Our guides will transport you to your stand and help you get secured. You have the option to be taken back in for lunch or have your lunch sent out with you for an all day hunt. After a long day of hunting, we'll drive you back to the lodge for a homecooked meal.
