Trophy Ridge Ranch is owned by David and Rosie Wells. David has lived on this ranch most of his life, establishing the best hunting sites and feeding fields for Whitetail Deer and other wildlife.

Trophy Ridge features a one-on-one Trophy Elk, Whitetail Deer, Red Stag, Fallow Deer and Buffalo Hunting experience for our hunters. Our goal is that you will long remember this adventure for years to come!

Red Stag Hunts: A Red Stag hunt is a grand adventure if you enjoy whitetail or elk hunting. They are as elusive as whitetail with a rack that can be as massive as an elk. They seem to be constantly alert for predators an at times are only seen in low light. This is the most prized European big game animal on that continent. The Red Stag hunts should be scheduled for no less than four days. We hunt the stag from blinds and tree stands using the same equipment as you would use for deer or elk.

Pricing for Red Stag Bulls Bulls: start at $2500. This type of bull may be sporting a five by five rack or larger. Large bulls are individually priced Trophy fees are never charged.

Buffalo Hunts: start at $2200 for two-year bulls. These bulls have excellent horns and hair. They are perfect table fare


Elk Hunting Includes: Start at $2200. Your Stay Includes a Two - Four-Day or more Fully Guided Experience and Lodging. Meals and Housekeeping are optional. No License Required.

We provide excellent located tree stands and Double Bull ground blinds. We cater to one group per week so the attention you receive will not be divided. Our elk herd is located on 130 acre prime elk habitat. We assist you in any way we can to guarantee your success.




Whitetail Deer Programs: First Program: Fair chase hunts on over 1200 acres of beautiful whitetail habitat. We are bordered on two sides by corporate land holders that limit hunting. We have a great deer population, and our Bucks are looking better every year due to our excellent management program! The other factor that will make your hunt outstanding is the fact that we only offer four hunts per season. Our goal at Trophy Ridge Ranch is to grow 'em BIG! Naturally, your goal is to hang 'em on the wall. We welcome archery only for this program.


Second Program: Trophy Ridge Ranch Managed High Fence Whitetail Herd. You may pursue one of our excellent Trophy Ridge whitetails in our genetic controlled herd. Our herd is located on a 130 acre prime whitetail habitat. We assist you in any way we can to guarantee your success. Plan on several days of hunting these Bucks are not easy. We welcome archery and muzzle loaders for this program. Physically limited hunters are generally able to hunt this program. Our blinds have easy access. We will do our best to make your harvest a very pleasant experience.

Elk Hunting

Our family has hunted forever and will treat you as we like to be treated. Our hunting experiences have been in Alaska, Africa, Canada, New Zealand and across the USA! We know what hunters enjoy, and we will endeavor to make your hunt or harvest one filled with great memories. We provide excellently located tree stands and ground blinds. We only cater to one group per week, so the attention you receive will not be divided.


Lodging: meals & housekeeping are available for additional payment upon arrival. Expect hardy meals! Our log cabin is fully furnished and includes a full kitchen, full bath with shower, wood stove, porch, and loft.
