Thank you for your interest in Bucks BeWare Outfitters. The whitetail hunting in Pike County has gained recognition throughout the world. You have the opportunity to hunt managed land specifically geared at harvesting enormous bucks. The land in Pike County has the right habitat, food, and genetics it takes to be able to gain the reputation it now carries. Bucks BeWare Outfitters, has a strict rule on bucks. We require a minimum of 130 class Pope and Young. This enables the bucks on our land to have the opportunity to reach 3 years of age and older. Unlike other outfitters, Bucks BeWare allows bow hunters to shoot two bucks, and best of all, we charge no trophy fees. We also encourage you to shoot a doe. They make great meat for the freezer as well as good practice when that monster buck does appear below your stand. Bucks BeWare Outfitters manages some of the best ground in Pike County. Corn, soybeans, alfalfa, and various deer clover are mixed among a thick timber of oaks and other hard woods. These combine to make a crop the deer thrive on.
