The Clinton House is located approximately 30 minutes from the Greenville / Spartanburg Airport in South Carolina. We offer Hunting for Whitetail Deer, Turkey, Upland Birds and Ducks.

This facility is unique because it is located in the country instead of an urban location. We have a relaxed atmosphere where there is no hustle and bustle, thus making your event more meaningful and productive. We strive to incorporates a working relationship among corporate America which promotes youth and women’s education involvement in the outdoors, and to provide educational outdoor-related values that promote self-esteem and self-reliance to its participants.

Trophy Whitetail Hunts: We offer trophy, whitetail hunts (eight point or better) with a one day limit. We have either sex days that allow one to two does, depending on whether or not a buck has been taken on that day. For corporate or avid deer hunters, we have limited annual deer memberships available. We have stands set up for rifle, shotgun, bow, or muzzleloader hunts. Our hunts are taken over acorn ridges and food plots. Our whitetail hunts include, guide, meals and lodging. We offer 1 to 6 day hunts.

In addition, we specialize in women’s hunts. The Clinton House is proud to have been selected to hold the first annual “NWTF Women Outdoors National Deer Hunt” and have been selected to host it again.


Spring Turkey Hunts: April 1 – May 1 We only allow for two hunters, maximum, per day with all hunts being fully guided by our professional guides that are familiar with the property. We shoot mature longbeards. Our turkey kills can be seen on “Primos Game Calls Truth 11 video along with other television shows and videos. Our turkey hunts include guide, meals and lodging. We offer 1 to 3 day hunts.




Upland Bird & Duck Hunting: We can customize: Quail, Chukar, and pheasant hunts Half-day hunts Full day hunts Combination of deer and five-stand clays, golf outings over multiple days or just bird hunt the entire time. We have a tower for pheasant hunts.

Sporting Clays - "Golf with Shotguns"
This is the hottest game in the nation today. Sporting Clays is a shotgunner's sport that offers the thrill of game hunting without the kill. At the Clinton House, shooters will find out why sporting clays is the nation's fastest growing sport. This offers a great fund-raising or employee outing opportunities.


Meals & Lodging: We can provide and set up meals and tables by working with several caterers from country cooking, barbecue or seafood in a buffet style or sit-down dinners.

Corporate Meeting & Conference Facilities: Our property is showcased by a new 15,000 square foot lodge and meeting facility. The lodge contains a great room, a 5000sq. ft. room with 20ft. ceiling and 10 ft. wide stacked fireplace. There is also an open mezzanine overlooking this room. In addition, the facility holds two private meeting rooms.
