Donaldson Creek manages over 4500 acres of farmland, hardwoods, bottoms and CRP land, in the heart of beautiful western Kentucky. At Donaldson Creek you can hunt Trophy Whitetail Bucks and Monster Turkey Youth Hunts available. 100% fair chase hunts.

Whitetail Deer Hunting: 100% fair chase hunts. It is our goal to make sure we harvest mature deer. Presently, we have an 8 point, 17 inch width (outside) limit in place. We do not send guides to the stand with hunter's unless requested, so be prepared to size up an animal quickly. We impose a $500 fine for any animal not meeting these specifications.

Spring Turkey Hunting: Spring Turkey season is April 15 - May 5. We have a large abundance of mature Tom Turkeys on our properties and have a very good success rate at a Mature Gobbler

Boone & Crocket Bucks: In the past five seasons, western Kentucky has yielded 141 Boone & Crocket bucks, and dozens of Pope & Young animals as well. Our properties have yielded 3 since 2001, each harvested by a guest. Kentucky is a top 5 state in trophy Whitetail production and those numbers are sure to rise as quality management practices continue to evolve.



Accommodations: Our lodge is over 4000 square feet and can accommodate 24 guests and our staff. The layout includes 4 bathrooms and shower stalls, a great room, a complete kitchen and dining hall, as well as a fully equipped utility room. Breakfast, buffet style with all the southern fixins, is ready at 4:00 am each morning. Dinner consists of a hearty Jonathan soup or chili and sandwiches. Supper is served buffet style and the menu is never the same. Second season rifle hunter's are always treated to the Faith Thanksgiving spread.
