Georgia Hunting for Deer, Quail, Pheasant, Chukar, Dove and Turkey
The
Burnt Pine Plantation encompasses over 7,000 acres of land intensively
managed for several species of game. Some native, and some especially
introduced for your hunting enjoyment. Located only one hour East of Atlanta,
Georgia, yet isolated, and far away from most of life's everyday worries
and pressures. From the time you arrive, until after your successful hunt,
you will feel the true essence of Southern hospitality.
Hunting:
Georgia is famous for Quail, and at Burnt Pine you will experience Quail
at it's finest! Since we have two large land bases, and a wide variety
of planted cover to hunt, there is plenty of Quail hunting action. Supplemental
stocking ensures you several large covey flushes on every hunt. The major
difference between hunting our cover, and what you might remember hunting,
is the abundance of birds in ours!
Not
only will you be hunting in prime habitat, but you will be hunting with
guides, who are biologists that know the Plantation, as well as the game
species you are hunting. For over 25 years, we have been producing lasting
memories. It's what hunting used to be, and still is, at Burnt Pine Plantation.
Your
every comfort is very important to us. Roughing it is not an option at
Burnt Pine. Whether you are relaxing around the bar, playing cards, throwing
darts, or shooting a game of pool, evening beverages are always available.
Eleven lakes are stocked with big bass and bream for your fishing enjoyment.
We can also arrange guided trips to nearby Lake Oconee, Georgia's newest
big bass reservoir.
All
reservations require a 50% deposit per hunter for confirmation. This deposit
is refundable up to 30 days prior to your scheduled hunt. Within 29 days
prior to the book dates, the hunter becomes responsible for full payment
of actual bookings made in his name regardless of cancellations or unauthorized
changes.
