Georgia Hunting for Deer, Quail, Pheasant, Chukar, Dove and Turkey

Burnt Pine Plantation encompasses 4,800 acres of land intensively managed for several species of game. Located just an hour east of Atlanta, Georgia, Burnt Pine Plantation offers not only Quail Hunting and Whitetail Deer Hunting, but also Pheasant Hunting, Dove Hunting, and Turkey Hunting..

Bird Hunting: You will experience the finest Quail hunting in Georgia. But there is more then just Quail, Pheasants can be hunted on Continental shoots as part of a party, or on a walk up Pheasant hunt. For real excitement do a clean-up hunt after a Continental shoot. There are also flushing Chukar hunts, or either bird can be added to a Quail hunt. For variety you can also do a full day Mixed Bag Hunt for all three species on the same outing. Doves are the migratory game bird hunted at Burnt Pine Plantation. The first Saturday in September marks the start for the annual Southern tradition, with plenty of shooting action, and delicious food.


Whitetail Deer Hunting: Persistent quality management and keen trophy judgment on our hunters' part has been the key to our success. All multiple day hunts include meals, lodging, and field transportation.

Not only will you be hunting in prime habitat, but you will be hunting with guides, who are biologists that know the land as well as the game species you are hunting. It's what hunting used to be, and still is at Burnt Pine Plantation.



Hunting Lodge: With the completion of our new lodge and conference center, we have the perfect spot for hunting getaways, corporate retreats or meetings, family gatherings, receptions, weddings, and simple "get away from it all" times far away from that hectic pace. Construction was completed at the end of 2004. The new 14,000 square foot lodge offers the same amenities, service, and memorable experiences that our guests have come to expect from us over the years. There is no "Roughing It" at the Plantation, come just once and you will be a customer for life.

Fishing: Eleven lakes are stocked with big bass and bream for your fishing enjoyment. We can also arrange guided trips to nearby Lake Oconee, Georgia's newest big bass reservoir.


Corporate Packages: Corporate fixed rate Quail Hunting package and group bird hunting packages are back again this year. We offer an all inclusive hunt for a fixed price. No hidden or extra charges at the end of a hunt. We have designed these hunts with the corporate and large group clients in mind.
