We are located in southern Ohio along the Scioto River valley, between Chillicothe and Portsmouth off St. Rt. 23. We are a small "hunt behind the barn" type service, that enjoys catering to down to earth individuals who realize that a good experience is a complete experience. We are not strict Trophy Hunters. If you are happy with what you shoot then so are we. We are hands on operators and believe in personal service. Our Fall Deer Hunts will be set up as package hunts running M-F arrivals scheduled for Sunday pm and departures scheduled for Saturday am. We desire to assist only those hunters that are familiar with their weapon, believe in good ethics and safety, and who love nature.

Whitetail Deer and Turkey Hunting: We are scheduling hunts for Spring '08 Turkey Season and fall '08 Archery Whitetail. For Fall '08 we will be housing our hunters in a new, small, 2 story cabin that is designed to comfortably house 1-4 hunters. Our preferred group size is two hunters at a time to allow for optimal care and attention for each person in camp.

Youth Hunts: We encourage the inclusion of young hunters, believing that if we don't share what we know, we accept at least partial responsible for their failures.

Turkey Season: Ohio 2008 Spring Turkey Season begins April 21st. We accept a limited number of people. We don't claim to be the best.. We enjoy what we do. We do not wish to become a larger outfit than what we are already as that would call for commercialization, the extent of which detracts from our ability to provide a desirable experience.

Rules of the Hunt: No alcohol in camp please. No smoking in tree stands/ housing facilities. A liability waiver will be signed on arrival and prior to hunting.

Accommodations: Rates vary by hunt period, but average $2500.00 for a 2 man 5 day hunt. Meals are the responsibility of the hunters, and the new cabin is equipped with a small full service kitchen, a washing machine, wood burner, two 10x18 bedrooms, and a large porch. It's Cozy. We will juggle dates some to accommodate busy schedules as much as possible.
