Our
farm is located in North Western Kentucky, located just across the river from
world reknown Shawnee Forest in Pope County Illinois. We plant hundreds of acres
in a mixture of soybeans, corn and clover. Wall Hanger Farms is strictly managed
with high standards for harvesting trophy animals.
The Hunt: We
have several stands and blinds in place and you may also bring one portable stand.
All hunts are semi guided, unless otherwise pre-arranged. This gives you the freedom
of hunting solo without a guide standing over your shoulder. Although we may be
reached by walkie talkie if needed.
Accommodations:
You will stay in the loft a 3800 sq. ft. barn erected around 1900 A.D. All meals
are included and there are no Trophy Fees! Transportation will be provided by
an ATV to get you within walking distance of your stand.
Hunting
Property: We currently have two tracts of land totaling over 1,200 acres that
are managed year 'round along with adjoining properties that we have leased. This
is a working farm with crops of corn, soybeans, and clover mixtures. The land
consists of rolling hills, high bluffs, caves, small ponds, and rock formations.
Turkey Hunting: fully guided spring turkey hunts.
