We offer some of the finest Osceola Turkey Hunting and Quail Hunting in Central Florida. With huntable fields, swamps and ridges, our guides are sure to show you some action and opportunities to call up that bearded gobbler.

Your guide, Jim Seymour, has been guiding and outfitting since 1973. All hunts are conducted on 20,000 acres, all private lands which are owned or leased, for the exclusive hunts we provide. We offer comfortable lodging and outfitting to accompany your hunt. We also have excellent taxidermy services available.

Spend 2 1/2 days of turkey hunting on exclusive, private Florida wilderness Lodging, food & transportation provided in the field.Central Florida’s hardwood swamps and hammocks, sand pine and scrub oak, and pine flatwoods are a perfect setting to bag an Osceola turkey.

Quail Hunts: Quail are wild and liberated birds. We furnish Jeeps and dogs or you may bring your own dog. One half day hunts or full day hunts are available. The Hunting area consists of Florida flat woods with Palmettos and Pine Trees. The Quail hunting season is October 1st through March 15th. All Quail hunts are guided hunts. Full day hunts include hunting guide, food and lodging, jeeps for transportation and bird dogs.
