Alberta Big Game Hunts operates in very remote areas of Alberta Canada. We offer Black Bear hunts in the spring and the fall. All of these hunts are done by quad, truck, argo and boats. Having this advantage allows us to go places where most others can't go. We accommodate young and old. The minimum age is 14. Archery hunters and rifle hunters are welcome. All hunts are done over bait and you are placed in a ladder stand. Many of our baits are located in such remote areas that the animals have never had any exposure to humans. This allows us to take trophy animals.




Black Bear Hunting: Our bear hunting area has great potential for big Bears. The Bear in the two photos below went over 600 pounds. There are also 20% color-phase Bears in the area. Our area offers a unique opportunity for hunters to take Trophy Whitetail Deer. We are hunting these Deer deep in the forest areas in November during the rut. Due to the remoteness of our area, and lack of resident pressure, the trophy potential is high. If you are willing to put in the time and effort, you may also take a trophy and a lifetime of memories home with you.




Whitetail Deer Hunting: Early season Whitetail Archery Hunts are also available. This Whitetail was taken in early September. These hunts are typically not as cold as the November hunts. Just make sure to bring layers of clothing, because you can take off a layer at a time. All hunts are done from tree stands.
It is important that you bring warm clothing. The temperature can be anywhere from 10 degrees above to 20 degrees below freezing. It can get very cold and windy, and the proper clothing is essential.



Moose Hunting: Our moose area holds bull moose with antlers that range from 30-60" . These moose hunts are also very remote. For these hunts, we use argos and quads and we also float the rivers. Temperatures can range from 14 above to 40 above.

Accommodations & Transportation: All of our camps are comfortable with all the modern amenities, including indoor plumbing (with hot showers). We do not use tents. All of the bedrooms are heated, which makes for a nice, comfortable stay. Our cooks, Murray and Lorraine, prepare first-class meals every day. Our guides work hard every day to give you a memorable hunting experience. You will fly into Edmonton, Alberta. If you let us know when you are arriving, we will be there to pick you up and take you to camp.
